Privacy policy
Short version: we ask for your email so we can send you the report you asked for, and so Bob can follow up. We don't sell your information to anyone, ever.
What we collect
When you use a planner and ask for the results, we keep the name, email and phone number you type in, plus the numbers you entered into that planner so the report can be rebuilt. If you join the watchlist or the market letter, we keep your email and the towns or price range you told us about.
We also record simple, anonymous page-visit counts so Bob knows which pages are working. That includes a rough region taken from your device's time-zone setting — province or country level only. No exact location, no advertising profile built from you.
How it's used
To email you the report or listing alert you requested, to let Bob contact you about Conception Bay real estate, and to measure which parts of the site are useful. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Bob Crocker and, where required, staff at RE/MAX Eastern Edge Realty Ltd.. Behind the scenes we use service providers for hosting, database storage and email delivery; they process the data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes.
Email you can stop any time
Every market letter and alert has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. You can also reply to any email or call (709) 764-2228 and ask to be removed.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email bobcrockeragent@gmail.com and ask. Under Canada's PIPEDA you have the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we'll do that within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses a small amount of first-party measurement and, if enabled, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel for advertising measurement. You can block these with your browser or ad-blocker and the site will still work normally.
Not advice
The planners, dossiers and market letters are educational estimates built from public rates and local MLS® data. They are not mortgage, tax, legal or investment advice. Confirm numbers with your lender, lawyer and accountant before you commit.
