Real results move with your lender's actual approval, the appraisal, condition of the property, insurance, taxes, occupancy and closing costs.

Nothing here is mortgage, tax, legal, accounting or investment advice, and no result is an offer of financing or a valuation. Confirm with your lender, lawyer and accountant before you act.

Listing details are drawn from MLS® and brokerage sources and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed accurate. Prices, status and measurements change; always verify with Bob before making a decision. Listings are for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be reproduced or redistributed.

The winter, road-clearing, tide, iceberg and community sections reflect local knowledge and seasonal patterns, not live official feeds. For current road conditions use NL 511; for navigation use official tide tables.
